Moreover, in order to contribute to maximizing corporate value while responding to changes in the environment, we will continue to enhance corporate governance and develop internal systems.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2 class=\"style2a\" style=\"border-color: #82132f;\">Outline of Corporate Governance Structure<\/h2>\n<p>The Company has established regulations for the Board of Directors, and holds regular meetings for them once a month, as well as extraordinary meetings as necessary. In order to place emphasis on discussions on management direction and strategies, the execution of some important business of the Board of Directors is delegated to executive directors in order to strengthen the auditing function of the Board of Directors.Also, we have introduced an executive officer system (both employed and delegated).
