Is CBP a service for either the ordering company or the client company?
CBP can be used by either the ordering company or the client company (it is possible to use it for both transactions).
How long does it take to implement CBP?
It takes a minimum of 2 months and usually 3 to 6 months. If you need to set up integration with the core system, it will take more than 3 months. Please contact us for details.
What is the fee structure?
The fee is a base fee plus a pay-as-you-go fee based on the number of statements. There is no charge based on the number of accounts. Please contact us for details.
Who pays the costs, the company receiving the order or the company placing the order?
There is no distinction between one side or the other. If you wish to use CBP to consolidate transactions on CBP, you will need to sign a paid contract. There is no cost to the party that is requested to use CBP by the company to which it is connected.
Are the Electronic Books Maintenance Act and the invoice system supported?
We fully comply with the electronic transaction requirements of the Electronic Books Maintenance Act and the invoice system.
Is it possible to cancel during the contract period?
Basically, the minimum contract period is one year, and no cancellation is allowed during the contract period.

The CBP platform includes an EDI engine and ETL tools. This makes it possible to complete transactions digitally regardless of the trading tools of the trading partner, such as e-mail, fax, EDI, and Web-EDI. Please contact us for more details.
What is the difference between CBP and EDI or Web-EDI?
EDI mainly exchanges transaction data and does not have business processes, while CBP has Web-EDI functions and maintains business processes at the ERP granularity. This enables centralized management of transaction data across business processes, connection with business partners regardless of their system status, and flexible data linkage with the company’s core business.
