Since our establishment in 1994, we have been providing services mainly to our global manufacturing customers based on our ERP (integrated enterprise resource planning) and CRM (customer relationship management) business.

Now, with the development of the global economy, the environment surrounding us is undergoing a period of great change: in addition to the advancement of new technologies such as IoT and artificial intelligence (AI), the impact of the new coronavirus is accelerating digital demand.

In the field of management and operation systems business for companies, which is our specialty, the way of management and operation that firmly rotates the two wheels of “real to digital” starting from actual production and logistics and “digital to real” in the fields of sales and purchase transactions, management, and accounting (“data-driven management and operation”) is of great importance. The “real to digital” and the “digital to real” of sales and purchasing transactions, management and accounting have become extremely important.

In the midst of these trends, our group has established a CBP (proprietary platform) as a data base that links companies to companies and supports the promotion of our customers’ DX (digital transformation) in conjunction with ERP (integrated core system) and CRM (customer relationship management system) to help our customers establish “data-driven management and operations”. We will contribute to the establishment of “data-driven management and operations” for our customers.

We will continue to grow as a company that takes advantage of our networks in Japan, North America, and India to incorporate the latest technologies, values human growth, and works hand in hand with our customers to co-create business innovations.
